10 different types of flats:
flatlets, flats for flat-sharing and barrier-free flats

Offered in addition to flatlets for one person with between 23 and 42 m² are double flatlets with between 32 and 38 m² and 19 barrier-free flatlets accessible for persons with disabilities.

Each flatlet has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4* refrigerator, ceramic cooking hob, sink and wall cupboard.

All flatlets have their own telephone, Internet and cable connection.

There ar no extra charges for Internet Flatrate and Cable TV

Outside there are 75 parking spaces for cars and 100 for bicycles while at the back there are generously sized lawns.

Rental terms (rent without heating and other service charges per month)*:

Charges for electricity, water and heating are applied precisely for each flatlet individually in accordance with the particular amounts consumed.

The objective here is to provide the greatest possible transparency on the way the additional charges are calculated.

The vouchers for the calculating of the additional charges can be inspected on request in the service office at any time.

Service

All tenants can make use of the facility's own janitor service (with on-call duty for emergencies).

The service office is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
