New student flatlets on Petrisberg in Trier
close to the University

"The Flag" consists of four buildings connected one with another. Each building has three storeys. In total there are 189 flatlets with sizes between 23 and 42 m², thereof 19 barrier-free and 12 as double flatlets. The philosophy of "The Flag" is to provide living quarters for students in modern buildings just a short distance from the University and at affordable prices.

The utilization of natural resources through a solar panel system and the application of insulating materials in accordance with the latest construction-physics findings and fundamentals (to German Development Loan Corporation standard KfW-70) enhance the quality rating and sustainability of the facility.

Lawns and parking spaces for cars and bicycles round off the whole.
